I am writing this question for my friend. Grow mom. She is very busy being boss at new job. She is working with a 4 x 4 tent. The tent is full. However, she needs to have plants ready to go outdoors. The two options are as follows, keep the clone that she will receive about mid April in solo cup and just keep pruning it down. Number two option is put the plants outside somewhere sheltered. Then when warmer put in permanent place. Naturally, I am concerned about any extra day spent outside being one more day to contract some kind of insect problem. The concern I have with the solo cup, and the pruning it back is that it reminds me of how we do bonsai. And I don’t want bonsai buds, and I don’t think she does either. But there’s no room inside, so which is the best way to go?
She can grow the clone for 3-4 weeks before cloning the top. Once the top is rooted she can kill the original clone. Repeat until space opens up inside or temps warm outside. It’s easy to keep a bunch of small clones to be cloned for several months.
Ok, that’s definitely one way to go. She is good at making clones. She has a clone making thing.
