    Is Stress Good for Your Plants? Sometimes you’ll hear about pulling out more trichomes at the end via a 48 hr water stress…. turning the temps down the last week to bring out purple colors. UV lights- sunscreen. Let’s learn how to give our plants some positive stress, and avoid negative stresses, to grow danker buds! I’m reading another book that talks about plant intelligence.

    They don’t have brains but they are intelligent & social! Sunflower can predict where the sun is going to rise and set, even after days in the dark. Sensitive plant knows when it’s being messed with. Thinking fast and slow – reflex compared to a premeditated thought. Can we compare plant memory to muscle memory? Trainers are always switching the exercises up to keep the muscles stressed. If plants do have memory, then how do we use this to our advantage to grow better quality cannabis? Stressing plants? What are some beneficial stress techniques? Alternative light cycles.

    Cold stress – good for oil production and color- oil production is stimulated to keep the plant from losing heat

    Water stress – oil production is stimulated to keep the plant from losing water (Thank you Jerin)

    UV Stress – sunscreen

    Sound stress?

    Charles Stone – I grow with my heart. I love my plants and they pay me back. Its basically for me. I consider cannabis basically worthless now here in Michigan. Our legacy/homegrown cannabis producers have better, fresher, tastier weed. You know what? I grow mine outside and it is top shelf!

    I showed this comment to my wife and she got all bent! I’ve been working with my Kid & wife with versions of “you can’t fix stupid… just move on”. The type of people you hang around, the type of content you consume, and the type of thoughts you entertain… pretty much solidify your outcomes in life. There are a few other variables. But when you take control of the above, you start to manifest your own destiny.
