Lights Schedule Change
Good morning DGC,
I wanted to change my light cycle from 7am-7pm to 9am-9pm. What’s the safest way to do this? Is it better to extend time in dark or to extend lights on cycle. Unfortunately my schedule has changed and I don’t get home until 6:30pm so that leaves me very little time with lights on to get whatever I need to do done.

Just do it. A gradual change will not be helpful. Just switch.

I would extend their dark period, not the light period.
