Leaf temperature versus bud temperature

Hey y’all. Questions from the land of HPS. I take my glasses off for the winter on my 600 W HPS hoods. We have had some record-setting temperatures for spring. Some of my monitors have been giving me readings in the eighties. This is not common situation for this time of year. I am a little concerned but when I take the temperature of the actual plant it is always in the 70s. But the high 70s… And I think I even got an 80 once. So what is the max temperature on late flowering plants? I’m about to go to Sedona and leave the room for Randy to take care of while I’m gone. I figured the last week of flour there’s not much he could do to fuck up shit. Besides break my pumps and aquarium heaters. Now I’m concerned. Should I just raise my lights to the ceiling before I leave? It will be the final ninth into the 10th week. I can’t wait to get back from vacation and have to put the glass back on all these pigs. That’s always a blast. Especially when everything is broken and I have to pretty much tape it back together. Yay summer lol

If it were too hot your plants will tell you. You want a LST in the low 80’s. Buds will be the same.

Ok , good! I was getting worried. Thanks!! You’re getting another kiss this year! If you’re lucky it won’t be with my mustache on.
